Quoting & Orders

Find answers about quotations, orders, payment terms, and the information needed to start your CNC machining project.

Upload your 2D drawings and/or 3D CAD files through our quote form and include the required quantity, material, tolerances, surface finish, and delivery requirements. Our team will review the files and prepare a quotation based on the confirmed specifications.

Please provide your CAD files or drawings, quantity, material, surface finish, critical tolerances, and any special inspection or delivery requirements. Complete information helps us quote more accurately and efficiently.

We typically review complete RFQs within 24 hours and provide a quotation once the technical requirements are confirmed. Complex parts or projects with special requirements may require additional engineering review.

Yes. If the design, material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, or other requirements change, send us the updated files or specifications. We will review the changes and update the quotation if necessary.

We commonly accept bank transfer (T/T). Other payment methods can be discussed depending on the order. Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation before production.

CNC Machining

Learn about our CNC machining capabilities, production volumes, part types, complex geometries, and cost factors.

We provide CNC milling, CNC turning, 5-axis machining, and Swiss machining for custom precision parts. We support prototypes, low-volume production, and small-to-medium production requirements.

Yes. We support one-off prototypes, engineering samples, and low-volume production for design validation, product development, replacement parts, and specialized equipment.

We machine custom non-standard parts including housings, brackets, plates, shafts, fixtures, connectors, and other precision components for industrial equipment and assemblies.

Yes. Depending on the part geometry, we can use multi-axis and 5-axis machining for complex surfaces, deep cavities, multi-angle features, and parts that would otherwise require multiple setups.

CNC machining cost is mainly affected by part geometry, material, quantity, tolerance requirements, surface finish, machining time, setup requirements, and inspection requirements. Simplifying non-critical features and avoiding unnecessarily tight tolerances can help reduce cost.

Materials & Finishes

Find answers about machinable materials, material selection, and available surface finishing options.

We machine aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, brass, copper, titanium, and engineering plastics. Specific grades can be reviewed based on your drawing, application, and machining requirements.

Yes. If you are unsure which material is suitable, we can review factors such as strength, weight, corrosion resistance, machinability, cost, and operating environment and suggest suitable options.

Common finishing options include as-machined, bead blasting, polishing, anodizing, nickel plating, and other finishes depending on the material and project requirements.

Yes. Aluminum parts can be anodized in a range of common colors. Exact appearance may vary with alloy, material batch, surface preparation, and anodizing process, so specific color requirements should be confirmed before production.

Yes. We machine both metals and engineering plastics for custom CNC components. Material selection can be based on strength, weight, wear resistance, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, and application requirements.

Quality & Tolerances

Learn about CNC machining tolerances, inspection methods, quality control, and dimensional inspection reports.

Machining tolerances depend on part size, geometry, material, and feature type. For certain critical features, tolerances down to ±0.005 mm can be achieved after engineering review. Other tolerances are evaluated according to the drawing and inspection requirements.

Quality control includes drawing review, incoming material verification, in-process inspection, dimensional checks, and final inspection before shipment. Critical dimensions and specified requirements are verified according to the approved drawing.

Depending on the part and inspection requirements, we use CMMs, optical measuring equipment, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other dimensional inspection tools.

Yes. Dimensional inspection reports can be provided when required. Please specify any reporting or inspection requirements during quotation so they can be included in the inspection plan.

If a non-conformance is identified, the affected parts are reviewed before shipment. Depending on the issue, corrective action may include rework, remake, replacement, or another solution agreed with the customer.

Files & NDA

Find information about CAD file formats, technical drawings, file transfer, confidentiality, and NDA support.

We commonly work with STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, Parasolid X_T, STL, DXF, DWG, and PDF files. For CNC machining, a 3D CAD model together with a 2D drawing is recommended when tolerances, threads, surface finishes, or other critical requirements need to be clearly defined.

When possible, yes. The 3D model defines the part geometry, while the 2D drawing is useful for specifying tolerances, threads, surface finishes, critical dimensions, GD&T, and inspection requirements.

Yes. Customer drawings, CAD files, specifications, and project information are treated as confidential and used only for quotation, engineering review, manufacturing, and quality control related to the project.

Yes. We can review and sign a non-disclosure agreement when required before confidential project information is shared.

If your files are too large for the quote form, contact us by email and we will arrange an alternative file transfer method.
